The company announced it will pay a fresh quarterly distribution of $0.43 per share of its common stock "on or about" May 24 to shareholders of record as of April 26. That amount matches the REIT's preceding two payouts, the most recent of which was handed down in January. Before that, the company paid $0.42 per share.
